Mid 19th Century cabinet makers workbench with solid birch top and three fitted drawers and an open storage section.. These pieces were made by the cabinet makers and boat builders, hence the amazing workmanship. This piece has hand dovetailed and mortice and tenon and wooden peg construction. It would make a fantastic sideboard or desk with a glass top added. It has been beautifully restored using traditional shelac and wax finish.
