Swedish Giltwood oval mirror. A large and magnificent mirror with hand carved giltwood decoration. The mirror has a large central oval section framed by four individual sections. This mirror retains its original water gilding. The glass mirror is the original hand drawn mercury glass which gives off a beautiful delicate sparkle. The detailed hand carved decoration is extremely well executed and of fine quality craftsmanship. This mirror would make a wonderful addition to either a modern or traditional space.
